Equine assisted coaching offers a combination of professional business coaching or mentoring and equine facilitated experiential learning where we focus on moving forward in your professional and/or personal life. Learning experientially with horses on the ground, engaging with them without force or dominance, framed around power with rather than power over, whilst being supported in a non-judgemental space. Horses by their natural biological make-up will be asking us to stay in the present moment, and enter into our intuitive, embodied ways of knowing - with the horses as our guides, reflecting back to us accurate non-judgemental feedback on our ideas, plans and the obstacles we need to get over, both personally and as an organisation.

You are invited to bring compelling questions concerning the plans, goals or challenges you wish to work on, out of the office and into nature. You are then professionally facilitated and coached, actively exploring questions on, for example, how to move forward in a creative inquiry.

Sessions last for 90 minutes, and before your first coaching session we start by discussing and mutually agreeing how you would like to work and how many sessions you would like to achieve your objectives.

Leadership and Organisational Change

During a group session the horses become our insightful guides through a personal and professional development journey, providing a foundational space and grounded experience to cultivate courageous team players beyond ego-imposed limitations in these times of changes and uncertainty. In addition learning how horses interact with each other as a living system in a herd can provide many insights:
• Fresh insights into how to move your business or organisation forward in times of change.
• Embody presence, congruency and authenticity. Allow the horses to be your guide from their accurate non-judgemental feed back.
• Experience being in a place of power with, rather than power over, or no power at all.
• Bring your ideas, strategies and challenges out of the office and into "the field."
• Gain a clearer idea of how to move forward.
